IT´S YOUR TIME NOW

Feeling like an octopus, doing it all by yourself? 🐙

Never in history has there been more opportunities to build thriving creative businesses, brands and careers.

At the same time - just because there are so many options available - it can often feel overwhelming, frustrating and exhausting to know where to begin.

What would it feel like to have a clear structure to follow with an easy-to-follow pathway to help you navigate all things marketing and sales as well as keeping up with future trends within the digital sphere?

There is a reason so many entrepreneurs face burnout and struggle with mental health. It can be darn tough and lonely, not to mention the feeling of being unsafe with unpredictable income streams.

Is this You?

  • Struggling with structure.

  • Juggling many different hats and roles

  • Would love to get some help with focus and accountability

  • Have tech overwhelm

  • You know marketing is important, but need help to figure out what platforms to use and how

  • Lots of work, little money to show for it.

Hi, I´m Sofie Marin

FOUNDER & CEO OF ARTS DYNAMICS

I´ve worked in the music, arts and culture scene for more than 27+ years - both as a stage manager, producer and tour manager for symphony orchestras, opera, musical theatre/dance productions, and later in senior management roles within the performing arts and music industry.

When I moved to London, UK, with my family in 2006 a whole new world of possibilities opened up which led to me starting a production company and PR/Marketing agency to further Swedish-international connections and cultural exchange (with productions at BBC Proms, London´s West End, touring in the EU and providing music and entertainment for high end corporate and diplomatic events).

Life as an employee is vastly different from being a freelancer and/or entrepreneur, and I had to learn the heard way how to survive and thrive in my new role. What I learned during those years, I woved to pay forward so others too could see that there are ways for the independent creators to also start, digitise, grow and scale their brands, careers and businesses in flow. I truly believe that no-one has all the answers, especially not in the fast changing world we live in today. Together, however, we can figure things out and create the change we wish to see.

A vision was born. What if I could set up an arts entrepreneurship education company which focussed on empowering creators who want to operate in the intersection between creativity, tech, entrepreneurship and impact? Creators who dream big and are ready for more.

So - here we are. Arts Dynamics has gone live. Colleagues in the industry asked if I could help with goal planning, structure, marketing and sales which has resulted in this brand new accelerator programme.

KARIN BLIXT, SWEDEN

“Arts Dynamics and Sofie Marin, provide easy to follow, step-by-step guidelines for artists, while all the way recognising the needs, perils and successes of the craft. There is a lot of strength to be found is the community, you will be able to meet with people in a similar situation as you. I love being an artist; rehearsals, standing in front of an audience, but marketing - not so much. Arts Dynamics supports me in the day to day work with social media, networking, marketing, and is gently pushing me further."

WILL REED, JAPAN

“I joined Arts Dynamics because I wanted to be able to think like an entrepreneur and as an entrepreneur I wanted to think like an artist! These were two languages that needed not only a platform, but a community, to gain fluency and this was it!”
